One of those days...
When will 4 o'clock get here? This day has been TOUGH. I get an oil delivery and then am told that the guy won't light the burner because he doesn't know anything about furnaces....OKAY.... so I had to wait for another technician to come out. Then this guy tells me that furnace needs three replacement parts. Lovely. Then the technician set off all four fire alarms in the store--while I had customers. UGH!!!! -Kat

I called the landlord because I had to pay the guy upfront--I'll get reimbursed by the landlord since fixing the furnance falls under him. It's been a relatively busy day here, which is good, but not when the fire alarm goes off! :)
